TEAM Fort Collins is a non-profit community organization dedicated to preventing the abuse and illegal use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, especially among youth and families, by promoting healthy lifestyles through community mobilization, educational programs, and interactive events.
TEAM Fort Collins carries out our mission through significant partnerships with various community institutions and agencies including the Poudre School District, Fort Collins Police Services, Larimer County Sheriff's Department, Colorado State University, City of Fort Collins, and many others. These partnerships are critical to our success and play an important role in community prevention efforts.
