Downtown Fort Collins, referred by locals as Old Town, is a wonderful example of a community commitment to a vibrant and attractive retail, restaurant/bar, and business center. For the vast majority of time Old Town is this.

However a transformation occurs on weekend nights when the party scene kicks in. Our peaceful place can become a very challenging and uninviting locale for many.

Team Fort Collins is collaborating with Fort Collins Police Services and local alcohol retailers in an exciting project entitled “Downtown After Dark”. A number of strategies are in the works in an effort to restore Old Town to a vibrant and attractive destination at all times of day and night.
