Each year Team Fort Collins honors a particular sector of our youth serving community at our Key Leader Luncheon. It is our pleasure to bring these hard-working, passionate people together and buy them lunch. Sectors we have honored in the past include Poudre School District staff and administrators, business community, youth serving non-profits and government agencies, faith community, and law enforcement/judicial.

We also honor an individual with the Key Leader Award each year. These honorees have been chosen for their outstanding work and dedication to the youth in our community.

Past award recipients are Officer Bob Younger with Fort Collins Police Services, Dary Northrop the pastor at Timberline Church, Kathy Wright the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Larimer County, Carey Hewett owner of The Cupboard in Old Town, and Jim Campain with the Poudre School District. Each of these individuals have contributed enormously to the health and well being of our young people here in Fort Collins.
