Who Facilitates ACTUALITY® Social Norms Campaign?
ACTUALITY® Social Norms Campaign Campaigns are facilitated by a team of dedicated professionals. Each participant provides an essential facet of TEAM Fort Collins ACTUALITY® character and cohesiveness and contributes uniquely to our many successful campaigns. ACTUALITY® Social Norms Campaign also works with local stakeholders to build effective, measurable strategies for changing social climates from risky to real. Executive Director of TEAM Fort Collins.
Scoot has thirty years experience working with youth, families, schools, and communities in the areas of education, counseling, consulting, and training. As the Executive Director of TEAM Fort Collins, he has spearheaded successful social norms campaigns in elementary, junior high and high schools, as well as at Colorado State University.

Jim Campain

Jim is a co-founder and lead trainer for ACTUALITY. Along with his wife Jan, he is owner of Red Truck, LLC. In addition to the work of ACTUALITY, Jim is a Faculty Consultant in the School of Social Work at Colorado State University, assisting graduate students during their internship placements. Prior to this year, Jim served as Student Assistance Coordinator for the Poudre School District where he led the District’s mental health team, crisis response efforts and ATOD prevention programs.
Jim is currently vice president of the Board of the National Student Assistance Association, an advisor to the boards of TEAM Fort Collins and Boys and Girls Clubs of Larimer County.

Dr. Dawn Nannini

Researcher, TEAM Fort Collins.
As evaluator for ACTUALITY® projects, Dawn Nannini, PhD, is responsible for ACTUALITY® survey development, data analyses of pre and post campaign data, and evaluation of ACTUALITY® project effectiveness. She has additional responsibilities as the research and evaluation specialist at TEAM Fort Collins where she provides evaluation for local prevention programs. Additionally, Dr. Nannini has provided program evaluation as an independent consultant for various agencies and individuals for ten years.
Dr. Nannini completed her PhD in social psychology at Colorado State University with a focus in environmental psychology. Her dissertation examined neighborhood responses to development projects in close proximity to their residences. Ray brings unique and powerful expertise to the marketing and messaging in all of our campaigns. Each ACTUALITY® project rolled out is driven by a custom-tailored messaging designed by Ray. Ray‘s client experience has included developing advertising campaigns for projects from such national corporations as Hewlett Packard to small elementary school social norms projects. PROJECT MANAGER:

Jan Campain
Jan serves ACTUALITY® as project manager.
Recently, Jan Campain worked with the Poudre School District building Strategic Business Alliances to provide resources to the district. Prior to moving to Fort Collins she was on the staff of Louisiana Governor, Kathleen Babineaux Blanco, as Executive Director of the Governor’s Drug Policy Board, Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Safe & Drug Free Schools and Communities, and as Executive Director of the Governor’s Initiative to Build a Healthy Louisiana. In August of 2005, with the occurrence of Hurricane Katrina, she was soon appointed to the Governor’s Hurricane Task Force. As the State was transitioning into the recovery phase of crisis management, Jan became the Director of Interstate Housing, the designated contact for state agencies charged with oversight of Louisiana’s citizens displaced across the country. Diane has been involved in the accounting field of non-profits for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Loveland, CO her work experience has taken her from church mission work in Canada to Ecuador where she served with HCJB Global, a short wave radio ministry based in Quito. In Rochester, NY she was involved with the Association Montessori International, Nazareth Schools – a private school encompassing kindergarten through grade 12 as well as the Rochester Family Mission, an inner city organization.
